FullBloom in Lewisville, TX seeks a dedicated education supervisor to collaborate with teachers, support students with IEPs, and deliver individualized services within our proven model.

You will monitor student behavior, track progress, communicate with parents and district personnel, lead staff meetings, and ensure licensing compliance while fostering stakeholder relationships and maintaining thorough records.

Qualificações

• Credentials in Education or similar field.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• Extensive experience with students with serious emotional disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring that all students are being educated in accordance with their IEPs.
• Observation of classrooms on a regular basis and provide staff feedback.
• Weekly staff meetings for information, suggestions and issues of concern.
• Attending Regional activities and weekly Director’s Meetings.
• Attending monthly Goal Reviews with Supervisor and demonstrate growth.
• Reporting facilities issues for prompt resolution.
• Communicating with parents, supervisors, and district personnel.
• Involving parents in the educational program and providing parent education events.
• Ensuring state licensing health, safety and well-being policies are followed.
• Forging stakeholder relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Performing staff supervisions including monthly goal reviews.
• Maintaining records including financial, licensing, student, and employee files.
