About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Solid Tumor Oncology, Data Sciences, you will lead data science projects within the Lung Cancer Program, collaborating across teams and external partners to develop innovative solutions in clinical development, real-world evidence, and ML/AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lung Cancer Program/DAS within Data Science & Digital Health.
• Manage Data Sciences projects for clinical programs including Amivantamab and other lung cancer assets.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and functional partners across regulatory, market access, epidemiology, and commercial data science.
• Develop and implement portfolio initiatives to improve trial execution and regulatory submissions.
• Evaluate external partnerships for technological and data asset leverage.
• Provide expertise in lung cancer clinical development, trial design, and ML/AI tools.

Qualifications

• MD with clinical experience, or Ph.D./Masters/Bachelors in related fields such as Medicine, Biotechnology, Statistics, etc.
• At least 2 years in drug development or clinical practice with outcomes research experience.
• Knowledge of thoracic oncology, treatment paradigms, and clinical trials.
• Familiarity with healthcare datasets (EHR, insurance claims, registry).
• Experience managing external partnerships and driving deliverables in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hematology/Oncology fellowship training.
• R&D experience in pharma, biotech, or related organizations.
• Understanding of data science research practices, predictive technologies, and data mining.
• Hands-on data science experience with tools like R or Python.
• Knowledge of regulatory science and HEOR.
