The Role

Kyndryl is seeking a driven, customer-obsessed senior leader to manage enablement and demand generation for Skytap, a Kyndryl company. This role requires strategic leadership and tactical execution. You will own the vision, lead the team, and set the strategy, while also building content, executing campaigns, and working directly with the field. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across internal Kyndryl sellers and Microsoft Azure field teams, ensuring they are equipped to promote and sell Skytap offerings effectively.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Team & Set the Strategy: Define the overall strategy for Skytap’s enablement and demand generation. Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and partner leadership. Set priorities and lead by example.
  2. Field Readiness & Enablement: Develop and refine field tools such as playbooks, training modules, battle cards, pitch decks, and guides. Coach your team and deliver materials directly to enable the field.
  3. Demand Generation Ownership: Lead demand generation campaigns, collaborate with marketing teams, and create assets like messaging, landing pages, and emails to drive pipeline.
  4. Partner & Field Collaboration: Work closely with sales, partner, and customer success teams, including Microsoft Azure field sellers, to ensure alignment and co-sell efforts.
  5. Training & Onboarding: Create and deliver onboarding and development programs to accelerate field effectiveness, refining curriculum based on feedback.
  6. Real-Time Feedback Loop: Maintain close contact with the field to validate and improve enablement tools and campaigns.
  7. Content & Asset Management: Manage enablement and campaign content, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  8. Customer & Market Intelligence: Gather insights from the field and customer interactions to inform content, messaging, and strategy.
  9. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Skytap, Kyndryl, and Microsoft to ensure strategic alignment.

Who You Are

Your Skill Set:

  • Proven leader comfortable with strategy, team management, and hands-on work.
  • Experience leading enablement or demand generation in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Supporting or enabling Microsoft Azure field teams is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and influential across functions such as product, marketing, sales, and partners.
  • Data-driven, outcomes-oriented, focused on improving seller effectiveness and pipeline.
  • Experience with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Marketo, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certifications in enablement, demand generation, or sales training are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range in the U.S. is $120,360 to $200,000, with variations based on location, skills, and experience. Washington state offers $132,480 to $200,000. Positions may be eligible for bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, paid leave, and more. For sales roles, sales commissions may apply.
