Overview

Experience 3 years of fund-raising and Peer-to-Peer Fundraising experience. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Collaborates with team members to achieve fundraising goals. Ensures compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with people of all ages and backgrounds. Must be equally comfortable with public speaking and one-on-one communication. Demonstrated personal initiative, devotion to hospital mission and on-going personal education and development. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to be a team player and display diplomacy/political savvy. Ability to be entrusted with personal and confidential information and make ethical decisions.

Experience

One year of fund-raising, sales or relevant experience, preferred.
