What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage internal sales reporting systems, including development, user support, and bug resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and create data-driven solutions
- Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, ensuring quality assurance and effective rollout
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal systems and dashboards
- Provide training and support to end users for maximizing the adoption of Power BI and sales reporting tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Sales Reporting/Analysis, or a related field
- Advanced skills in Power BI, including designing interactive dashboards and creating data models
- Proficiency in Excel, including building pivot tables and complex formulas
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques
- Experience managing one or more direct reports
