The role leads RWE projects across therapies, applying traditional and AI/ML analyses to large healthcare datasets to generate value evidence for payers and clinicians. Responsibilities include protocol development, data licensing oversight, vendor management, and dissemination of results via publications and conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in health economics/outcomes research and non-interventional study designs.
• Proficiency in SAS and AWS; R preferred.
• Experience applying ML/AI in health data analyses.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to travel ~10% (domestic & international).

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: design and lead RWE studies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with VE and Global Medical Affairs.
• Apply traditional or novel methodologies including AI/ML.
• Co-lead study protocols and data queries for internal datasets.
• Support pharmacoeconomic and real-world data needs across departments.
• Manage study execution, statistical analysis plans, and vendors.
• Oversee data licensing, platform needs, and vendor relationships.
• Identify databases (US and international) for licensing.
• Engage external partnerships and present findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to publications and advisory meetings.
• Assist in formulary submissions and budget management.
• Develop educational materials for internal/external audiences.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and best practices.
