The position is within RTX Global Ethics & Compliance:
An Associate Director, Risk Assessments & Monitoring is needed to help build out the Risk Assessments and Monitoring function, reporting to the Director of Risk Assessment & Monitoring, Global Ethics and Compliance.

What You Will Do
  1. Develop, maintain, and improve GEC health metrics.
  2. Establish and maintain the data warehouse environment for GEC, manage infrastructure of PowerBI/Tableau.
  3. Create visualization and automation solutions, analyze data to understand potential risks and outcomes.
  4. Conduct advanced data analysis to predict compliance risks.
  5. Translate business needs into technical requirements.
  6. Travel up to 5% may be requested.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree and 12+ years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years, or 16 years relevant experience without a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Experience in compliance, audit, regulatory assessments.
  • Leading complex data analytics projects.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
  • Building data analytic procedures; experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience turning data streams into insights, continuous auditing, predictive analytics.
  • Understanding of IT, business processes, and BI methodology.
  • Experience with integrating solutions into existing environments.
