Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in restorative practices or conflict resolution.
• Experience working in higher education is preferred.
• Knowledge of Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate restorative circles and community-building sessions.
• Deliver training workshops to campus constituents.
• Support conflict resolution pathways for various campus members.
