UBS Securities LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Quantitative Analyst in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Quantitative Analyst to:

1. Develop mathematical and statistical models for trading desks to price equity delta one derivatives, calibrate equity growth curve, identify opportunities, and enhance business revenue and profitability for trading, inventory management, stock borrowing, loan, and prime brokerage and funding.
2. Build tools for delta-one synthetic pricing and mark-to-market calibration.
3. Devise solutions for systematic trading optimization to improve overall axe management, client pricing, and collateral issues.
4. Derive insights from market and internal data to boost performance of high touch trading activities.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics in finance, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the role or as a Senior Analyst, Market Risk Analyst, or similar.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience.

Required skills include:

• Python, SQL, time series analysis, financial mathematics
• Algorithms, data structures, financial model back testing, Monte Carlo simulation, derivatives model implementation, validation, and documentation
• Understanding of equity index futures market structure, portfolio optimization, statistical data analysis, data visualization
