You will oversee high-profile accounts, drive thought leadership campaigns, craft pitches and press materials, and mentor junior staff, all while maintaining rigorous standards and collaborative team dynamics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in PR/marketing or fintech/tech/VC firms.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle stress.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-profile client accounts, setting strategic priorities.

Additionally, the Associate Director will actively contribute to new business endeavors, ensuring the continued success and growth of the firm.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Competitive salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 USD.
