This role delivers data, metrics, and prospect management recommendations and report findings to the Advancement team, helping to ensure robust and accurate prospect pools for both major gift officers and the annual fund. This position also coordinates alumni research activities, leads regular prospect management meetings, and promotes consistent prospect and alumni engagement practices across Kellogg.
Target hiring range for this position will be $80,000 - $88,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
