Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager to lead the Property Management staff and oversee a portfolio of properties. You will develop and interpret policies, direct information flow, and drive the property management strategy across sites.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate property management, a strong finance background, and CPM/RPA/CSM designation where applicable. Travel between properties is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Experience in management, evaluation, and motivation of staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee property management business.
• Provide leadership through policy development and information flow.
• Lead Property Management staff and develop career paths.
• Monitor budgets, CAM reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Oversee billing, vendor payments, and reporting to owners.
• Manage tenant relations and conduct regular property inspections.
