We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Associate Director, Project Management to lead the operational delivery of creative work across a complex portfolio of client engagements. This role partners closely with clients, agency teams, creatives, activation leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects move seamlessly from intake through review, compliance, quality assurance, and launch.
The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, stakeholder leadership, and process optimization expertise to drive efficiency, accountability, and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
What You’ll Do
The Associate Director, Project Management is critical to delivering high-quality creative work efficiently, accurately, and compliantly. This role provides the operational leadership needed to scale delivery, improve cross-functional collaboration, mitigate risk, and ensure flawless execution in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $149,296.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
