Job summary

Meet Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management in San Diego to lead our PM team and drive the delivery of integrated pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. This onsite role partners with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Scientific teams to ensure excellence across timelines, budgets, and quality.

You will mentor Project Managers, shape processes, and proactively identify risks to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing Project Managers.
• Extensive pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Strong expertise in scoping, budgeting, timelines, and resource management.
• Experience leading integrated, cross-functional teams across multiple brands.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience navigating MLR review processes and managing complex healthcare marketing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers across multiple accounts.
• Oversee project planning, scopes, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks from kickoff to delivery.
• Partner with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Scientific teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build and optimize PM processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Identify challenges early and implement solutions to protect delivery.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support across multiple accounts.
• Oversee project planning, scopes, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management from kickoff through delivery.
• Partner closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Scientific teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
• Build and optimize project management processes that improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted operational leader, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions before they impact delivery.

We\'re looking for someone with:
