Chewy is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management – Autoship to join our Autoship team in our Seattle office. Autoship is one of Chewy’s most important and strategic growth engines, driving customer loyalty, retention, and long‑term value. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner within the Autoship Product organization, working cross‑functionally with Analytics, Finance, Category, Marketing, and Operations teams to deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the drivers of business performance. You will help identify meaningful growth and profitability opportunities and play an integral role in translating those opportunities into clear product and business strategies. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen with product intuition and thrives at the intersection of business strategy and product execution.
The base salary range for this role is $166,000 - $265,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
