Chewy is looking for a Software Development Manager to join our Fullfillment Center Technology & Science team in Seattle. As an engineering leader of a diverse and dynamic team, you will build and scale applications, data platforms, and frameworks that support and optimize Chewy’s fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and strong leadership to deliver robust, high‑quality engineering systems aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will lead the engineering team and work closely with cross‑functional partners to design and deliver a next‑generation data platform, addressing critical challenges across our fulfillment center operations. The base salary range for this role is $149,000 - $225,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401(k) and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
