You set the product and experience direction, align the people who matter, and make the calls that keep design, engineering, and data teams focused on the right outcomes. As Associate Director, Product Experience Lead at Kyndryl Vital US, you will lead a flagship data and AI experience for a major enterprise customer. The solution unifies complex IT and operational technology (OT) data into a single source of insight, and it will grow into a first-of-its-kind agentic AI solution that Kyndryl will bring to other customers. You will own the product's outcomes, direction, and priorities. You will hold the vision, translate it into a roadmap and a clearly ordered backlog, and decide whether each release delivers what it should. You will align senior stakeholders across many parts of the customer's organization, map their needs and journeys, and turn competing priorities into clear decisions. You will define the business case and decide what's specific to this customer and what Kyndryl can reuse with others. You will earn the trust of Kyndryl's technical account leaders and move fast with them. You will work in close partnership with a senior designer, who brings your experience direction to life, and a technical program manager, who runs the delivery system that turns your priorities into reliable execution. Technical leads own architecture and feasibility, and you'll weigh their input in every product decision. Beyond this engagement, you will lead product and experience direction on complex application projects across Kyndryl Vital. You'll bring product discipline to a design-led practice and shape how Vital takes ideas from concept to shipped software.You will bring a contemporary, responsible approach to AI experiences. You'll define where people stay in the loop, how much autonomy agents get, and how the solution earns and keeps user trust, and you'll build those choices into the roadmap from the start.You'll join a design culture that stands apart at Kyndryl: creative, collaborative, and serious about craft. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise*** **Product Ownership**: You own product outcomes, direction, and priority. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. **There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:**California (San Francisco Bay Area): $172,440 to $327,600California (All Other): $158,040 to $300,360Colorado: $143,640 to $273,000Massachusetts: $143,640 to $300,360New York City: $172,440 to $327,600Washington: $158,040 to $300,360Washington DC: $158,040 to $300,360 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
