• Required: 7 years of business/clinical operations experience in healthcare with supervisory experience.
• Preferred: experience in property management, asset inventory oversight, medical device management, and project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset inventory accountability across procedural environments with 1,000+ devices.
• Coordinate equipment tagging, ownership documentation, location tracking, and inventory reconciliation.
• Oversee equipment installation, maintenance enrollment, and readiness prior to clinical use.
• Directly supervise operations managers and administrative teams.
• Develop standard operating procedures for medical devices and service quality.
