Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Experience: 7 years in healthcare business/clinical operations with 3 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset inventory accountability across procedural environments including 1,000+ devices.
• Coordinate tagging, ownership documentation, location tracking, and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage equipment installation, inspection, acceptance testing, maintenance enrollment, and readiness for clinical use.
• Monitor maintenance and service performance, and coordinate recalls and safety actions.
• Directly supervise operations managers and administrative support teams.
