POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Pricing and Contracting professional to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies and contracting initiatives across our oncology, urology, and biosimilar portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, Trade, Regulatory, HEOR, and Medical Affairs to ensure competitive, compliant, and value-driven pricing and contracting frameworks that support patient access and commercial success in these high-impact therapeutic areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pricing Strategy:
- Develop and manage US pricing strategies for new and in-line oncology, urology, and biosimilar products, balancing market competitiveness with profitability.
- Conduct pricing and reimbursement analyses, including ASP forecasting, scenario planning, and gross-to-net impact assessments specific to Part B and specialty care markets.
- Lead modeling and forecasting of buy-and-bill economics, including ASP trajectory, reimbursement dynamics, and provider cost recovery.
- Gain internal governance approval for pricing and contracting strategies and represent the team on cross-functional leadership committees.
- Support pipeline and launch readiness by developing pricing scenarios and market access strategies starting in Phase II clinical trials and pipeline assets under consideration for acquisition.
Contracting:
- Lead the development, negotiation, and management of contracts with GPOs, IDNs, Urology and Oncology Networks, Wholesalers, Payers, and PBMs.
- Support field teams with contract structures and guidance for payer access, provider group deals, and specialty pharmacy relationships.
- Ensure all contracts meet regulatory and compliance standards in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
- Champion innovative contracting models, including value-based agreements and outcomes-based pricing frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Finance and Trade to align forecasting, GTN management, and channel strategy for oncology and urology practices.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to optimize pull-through of contracted business in community and hospital-based settings.
- Work closely with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Global Market Access to align pricing strategies with clinical and economic value propositions.
- Interface with Regulatory and Medical teams to ensure alignment of pricing and access strategies with product profiles.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop pricing models, dashboards, and contract performance analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Leverage advanced analytics, pricing software, and dashboards to drive insights and optimize pricing and contracting performance.
- Track and report on gross-to-net trends, pricing compliance, and contract execution KPIs across the oncology and urology biosimilar portfolio.
Market Intelligence & Policy Awareness:
- Monitor healthcare policy developments, biosimilar adoption trends, and competitive pricing intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in oncology, urology, and biosimilars, with a strong understanding of disease-specific treatment pathways and reimbursement challenges.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

- Access & Affordability: Leverage knowledge of GPO contracts, 340B, and reimbursement pathways to optimize product access and affordability through innovative pricing and contracting strategies.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of ASP, WAC, GTN management, and payer/provider contracting in the specialty care and biosimilar markets.
- Internal Education: Conduct internal presentations, educational sessions, and Executive Leadership updates increase awareness and understanding of Accord’s oncology, urology, and pipeline portfolios.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and drive results. Report events and insights to cross-functional colleagues and senior leadership as needed.
- Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, Life Sciences, or related field required. MBA, PharmD, MPA, MPH, or other Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience and/or Training: 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, or market access; experience in oncology, urology, or biosimilars strongly preferred. Hospitals, IDNs, or large community practices is preferred. Biosimilar and generic experience is strongly preferred.
- Payer Experience: Advanced knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Part D, commercial medical and pharmacy benefit required. Strong understanding of buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and access dynamics in oncology required. Contracting experience with hospitals and institutional customers, healthcare provider practices, 340B, and GPO/wholesalers is desired but not required.
- Technology/Equipment Computer Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and videoconferencing platforms.

- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest oncology and urology products, treatments, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to the team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards, including FDA guidelines and other relevant authorities.
- Organized Customers: Maintain a strong understanding of IDNs, GPO contracts, 340B, and the hospital formulary approval process.
