Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs – Power Platform Solutions Specialist to lead hands-on configuration, data engineering, and lifecycle management within Global Regulatory Affairs.

The role uses Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI to deliver secure, scalable regulatory solutions across development, testing, and production environments. The successful candidate will design data models, manage deployments, perform testing, and maintain SDLC

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on experience with Power Platform and enterprise apps.
• Experience configuring Dataverse models, security roles, and environments.
• Proven ability to manage Dev/Test/Production deployments and change controls.
• Experience data migration, cleanup, and reconciliation with validation.
• Strong debugging, unit testing, and SDLC documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Power Apps UI per approved designs and architecture.
• Manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and security provisioning.
• Develop and optimize Power Automate flows and workflows.
• Handle deployments across DEV/TEST/PROD environments and releases.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment evidence.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional teams globally.
