HireLifeScience seeks an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs – Power Platform Solutions Specialist to technically lead Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate implementations supporting regulatory requirements. You will configure data models, automate workflows, and manage lifecycle across Dev/Test/Prod environments in a global, matrixed setting.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise platform development, strong Power Platform experience, and ability to partner with Regulatory Affairs

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant computer/engineering/science field or Regulatory Affairs.
• Five+ years of experience developing, configuring, deploying, or supporting enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and lifecycle management.
• Experience designing Dataverse data models, security roles, and environment config.
• Experience deploying across Dev/Test/Prod with release packages and change controls.
• Experience data migration, reconciliation, and data quality validation.
• Strong technical testing and evidence for system testing and validation.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and manage multiple releases and support work.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Power Apps UI changes per approved designs and architecture standards.
• Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, rules, views, forms, and security.
• Build and optimize Power Automate flows and notifications.
• Translate designs into testable platform components and identify improvements.
• Stay current with Power Platform capabilities to enhance UI, efficiency and value.
• Manage deployments across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments.
• Deploy upgrades, fixes and enhancements with environment parity and traceability.
• Perform pre/post deployment verification and support rollback when required.
• Document deployment outcomes and provide clear technical notes and evidence.
• Coordinate testing with stakeholders and address gaps or regressions.
