GENERAL SUMMARY
As the Associate Director, Platform Strategy/Connected Customer Experience (CCX), you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of digital strategies for our clients. Working closely with our UX, web development, and creative teams, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring seamless integration for platform enhancements across multiple scrum teams. The ideal candidate will be able to both articulate high-level strategic principles and develop detailed product + platform roadmaps to achieve these objectives. It is necessary for the candidate to have a strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and UX/UI principles, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy: lead the creation of effective, unique, and brand-specific approaches to owned digital platforms and products through hands-on work as well as team mentorship, guidance, and facilitation. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
New Business: Help run new business pitches in support of the CCX discipline, including development of pitch presentations and case studies
Communication: Be the strategic lead on assigned projects, ensuring that strategy is adhered to throughout creative ideation, development, and production. identify and proactively resolve issues as appropriate with agency counterparts.
DAY-TO-DAY :
Experience:5-7/+ years of Digital Strategy, Platform Strategy, UX or related advertising experience
Education:Degree from an accredited university or college is strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
leads, including and especially Account, Media, UX and Data Strategy

Compensation Range: $105,165.00 - $158,290.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
