Position Details

Title: Associate Director, Global Brand Operations & Portfolio, Retail/Travel Retail OPI

Location: Calabasas, CA, United States Hybrid (3 days in office)

Reports to: Emi Moreno, Senior Director OPI Global Product Marketing

Direct Reports: 1

Scope & Responsibilities

Responsible for leading global portfolio operations related to the commercial and go-to-market strategy for the OPI portfolio. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Global Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional markets. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the commercial and go-to-market strategy of OPI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand & innovation prioritization by market & channel (Where to Play strategy)
  • Drive growth strategy/platform across portfolio and global marketing
  • Oversee deployment & implementation of channel-specific needs & global brand initiatives
  • Lead OPI pricing architecture & strategy
  • Create and lead the annual OPI Global Success Model
  • Partner with regional channel teams on expansion plans
  • Develop Commercial Strategy and 5Ps for OPI Retail Innovation Masterplan
First 90 Days Deliverables
  • OPI Prosumer Gel Commit Gate Go-to-Market plan
  • Update on OPI Global Success Model
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Global/Regional Commercial roles in FMCG; 4+ years in Global Trade Marketing; Nail or Professional Hair industry experience preferred
  • Proven problem-solving and business analysis skills
  • Strong external industry and retailer insights
  • Ability to influence regional and cross-functional partners
  • Experience in the nail industry and regional/local teams is a plus
  • English required; additional languages advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Science or similar); MBA preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $130,500 - $170,000/year. Compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, life/disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.
