Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
• 7 years experience in a pharmacy with 5 years in supervisory/management.
• Current Pharmacist license; BLS; Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacy operations across locations, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Model and enforce HIPAA compliance, training, and staff development.
• Develop budgets, monitor revenue/expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with departments for seamless patient care and program success.
