Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an Associate Director of Pharmacy to lead the hospital's pharmacy operations, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and partner with hospital leadership to advance strategic goals.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Arkansas licensure, and at least five years in inpatient hospital pharmacy, with three years in supervision preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm.D. degree.
  • Current license to practice pharmacy from the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy (in good standing) and (30) continuing education units every two years required for renewal.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 3 years inpatient hospital pharmacy supervisor is preferred.
  • Must have good organizational, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all members of the multidisciplinary staff.
