Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an Associate Director of Pharmacy to lead the hospital's pharmacy operations, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and partner with hospital leadership to advance strategic goals.
The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Arkansas licensure, and at least five years in inpatient hospital pharmacy, with three years in supervision preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
TheAssociate Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the hospital pharmacy. The Associate Director of Pharmacy establishes standards of quality, productivity, and performance in accordance with Baptist Health Medical Center policies and procedures and requirements of State and Federal regulatory agencies. Works with other Pharmacy leaders, Hospital Leadership, and front -line employees in planning changes to accomplish the department and Hospital vision , strategic goals and organizational outcomes.
This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
