Role:

Associate Director, Performance Reporting Product Owner, leading the development and optimization of performance reporting capabilities within the PRIME platform to support data-driven commercial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• own and prioritize product backlog;
• collaborate with stakeholders across analytics, engineering, UX, and data teams;
• manage product discovery, planning, releases, and continuous improvements;
• monitor adoption, quality, satisfaction, and outcomes;
• ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards;
• facilitate cross-functional product ceremonies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field;
• 5+ years in product management, business intelligence, or analytics;
• experience with agile methodologies, BI platforms, data visualization, and SQL;
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• experience supporting enterprise analytics in highly regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare;
• familiarity with AI-enabled reporting.

Work setup:
