Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics (Remote - US)

Accountabilities
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for reporting and analytics products, aligning with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to deeply understand reporting, analytics, and data visualization requirements, translating them into actionable product solutions.
- Partner with engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams to design, build, and launch products.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, prioritizing features effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting solutions, communicating vision and value internally and externally.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on reporting, analytics, or BI products.
- Strong technical knowledge of data technologies, including SQL, databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools.
- Proven ability to engage with customers to define requirements, identify desired outcomes, and deliver data‑driven solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and familiarity with ClickHouse or other columnar databases is a plus.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices; experience with IDP technologies and document automation is desirable.

- Base salary range: $117,000–$136,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
