Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy to oversee media issues for assigned brands, including budget control and online activity. They will develop deep knowledge of clients’ business and apply media understanding to deliver against objectives.

You will work with Managers on media recommendations, lead cross-channel planning, and drive innovative strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital media planning, buying and management with progressive responsibility.
Think strategically, analyze problems and propose unconventional solutions.
Have led a team and managed multiple moving parts.
Mentor others and support their growth.
Build relationships with clients, vendors and reps; strong negotiation.

Responsibilities

Plan and buy performance media focusing on Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.
Cross-channel planning and digital buying across networks.
Build strong client relationships and present with authority.
Manage timelines, projects and staff across teams.
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Coordinate multiple work streams and vendors.
Think strategically to innovate and improve outputs.
Manage vendor relationships and performance.
Lead in-person client meetings daily.
