Associate Director, Payer Marketing - Remote

Role Overview

This role will lead Payer go-to-market strategy for Whole Health Solutions, including developing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive growth and retention. The leader will collaborate with channel, product, and growth partners to develop go-to-market strategies for Whole Health Solution product distribution within Payer marketing. This is an opportunity to support a new channel product marketing model in the high-growth payer market.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clinical and product experts to build impactful health solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders, product development, and global sales teams to understand the payer market nuances.
  • Develop compelling marketing strategies, thought leadership content, and campaigns to generate leads and foster growth.
  • Understand and adapt to the evolving B2B and B2C needs of this complex channel.
  • Provide sales enablement and strategic growth support for the Payer channel and Whole Health Solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
  • 8+ years of marketing experience.
  • 8+ years managing projects from planning to execution.
  • 8+ years handling multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
  • 8+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 5+ years developing and executing B2B marketing strategies.
Preferred:
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Effective communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Additional Details

Salary range: $106,800 - $194,200 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. The role is remote within the U.S.
