This role will lead Payer go-to-market strategy for Whole Health Solutions including the development of compelling end-to-end marketing strategies that drive growth and retention. This leader interacts with key channel, product and growth partners to develop go-to-market strategies for Whole Health Solution product distribution in the Payer marketing. This is an opportunity to support a new channel product marketing model, supporting our Whole Health Solutions products within the high-growth payer market.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with passionate clinical and product experts who are building health solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives
  • Partner with business leaders, product development and global sales teams to understand the nuances of the external payer market
  • Lead the development of compelling end-to-end marketing strategies, partner thought leadership content and campaigns that generate leads and drive growth and retention
  • Understand, anticipate and meet the evolving B2B and B2C needs of this complex channel
  • Provide sales enablement and strategic growth enablement support for the Payer channel and Whole Health Solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading projects from planning through execution
  • 8+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables and projects simultaneously
  • 8+ years of experience Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of developing and executing B2B marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
