Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant patient engagement expertise in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with oncology/hematology preferred.
• Expertise with patient organizations and global strategies.
• Experience supporting early patient engagement strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to develop executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support patient evidence generation plans across priority assets.
• Plan and execute patient advisory boards and listening sessions.
• Translate patient insights into actionable internal recommendations.
• Ensure compliant, patient-centered engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and external partners.
