Job summary

BeiGene, Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director of Early Patient Engagement & Professional Societies. This remote US role partners with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and external stakeholders to drive patient engagement, patient insights and evidence generation across our oncology programs.

You will plan advisory boards, translate patient insights into actionable strategies, and ensure compliant, patient-centered engagement activities across a global matrix of teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of patient engagement expertise in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with oncology/hematology preferred.
• Experience supporting global early patient engagement strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support patient evidence generation plans across priority assets.
• Plan and execute patient advisory boards and listening sessions.
• Translate patient insights into clear internal recommendations.
• Ensure compliant, patient-centered engagement activities.
