About the role

As a Partner Development Manager, Contact Center Transformation Alliances, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Cognizant Moment team, collaborating with Global Partner Development Managers and internal practice areas. You will serve as the single point of contact between Practice and their partners, including Hyperscalers, respond to and work closely with Practice to engage existing partners and develop relationships with new and emerging partners.

You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve workflows while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous learning. As a team of self-starters, you can work with impact with our vibrant people and culture all while enjoying unmatched learning opportunities.

In this role, you will:

· Own partnership management for a specific area within the Practice

· Development of new partnerships and day-to-day contact for existing relationships, including partner education

· Area reporting for delivery to Partner

· Sales and pre-sales enablement

Drive Partner Development

• Develop Global partnership plan based on Cognizant and Partner’s Joint strategic and financial ambitions

• Maximize partner funding / entitlements by effectively managing partner programs and automations

• Drive regular Governance with business sponsor, regional, industry, practice leadership, and partner

• Standardize and deliver Partner reporting to reflect joint metrics

Drive Business Development with Partner

• Engage Markets, Practices, Partners, and legal teams to identify business opportunities, exchange business intelligence and develop joint account/pursuit plans

• Leverage Executive alliance relationships to support Sell to activities

Support opportunities to Build with Partner

• Develop Partner ecosystem to support practice innovation, offering strategy, and development activity

• Interlock with Cognizant and Partner build teams to provide a programmatic approach to offering design, demos and tools that leverages partner technology

Market with Partner

• Interlock with partner on Campaign calendar to support business plan

• Drive internal awareness about Partners through success stories and Win wires

• Develop communication plans for various events, obtain sponsorship funding and drive customer attendance

Support Enablement

• Drive partner education through roadshows, case studies and win wires

• Deliver enablement to sales, pre-sales, Technical community

What you must have to be considered

· Minimum 5+ years in IT services industry

· Preferred background Management experience

· Deep relations and client management expertise

· Broad technical experience

· Experience managing global teams

· A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.

The annual salary for this position is between $175,000 - $215,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
