Role Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated Associate Director - Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with expertise in cardiovascular medicine, specifically in electrophysiology, to drive initiatives in KOL engagement, research, publications, and medical education within Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Biosense Webster. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying scientific gaps, and collaborating internally to provide medical insights. You will also support clinical studies, develop educational materials, and participate in scientific events.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support strategic engagement plans with KOLs and medical societies in cardiac ablation.
• Act as a scientific authority, providing education and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scientific input.
• Communicate complex scientific information clearly.
• Stay current with scientific research and trends in cardiac electrophysiology.
• Prepare and deliver scientific presentations and participate in conferences.
• Support clinical research initiatives and maintain communication with external KOLs.
• Train internal teams on scientific topics.
• Organize and analyze customer and market data.
• Develop educational materials and discuss study concepts with clinicians.

Requirements:

• Advanced Degree (MD, PhD)
• At least 5 years of experience in biotech, focusing on cardiovascular medicine.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, or Clinical Practice.
• Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular medicine, especially electrophysiology.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and medical terminology.
• Proven relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, adaptable.
• Work authorization in the USA is required.
• Willingness to travel 50%.
