Zenith USA seeks an Associate Director, Paid Social to oversee digital marketing for a portfolio of clients. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of online advertising to ensure account retention and growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, manage client relationships, and drive marketing strategy across various channels.

The Associate Director, Paid Social is responsible for leading a portfolio of client digital accounts towards stated client and company objectives and is responsible for the growth, management, retention and satisfaction of these accounts. The Supervisor will be accountable to collaborate with clients to address measured Media landscape and work with client partners across multiple digital fields to propose and defend media spend across all performance based marketing channels.
The Associate Director, Paid Social will also manage and direct a team of Paid Search & Social Media Planners in this task and be accountable for maintaining accurate program forecasts and hitting stated revenue and sales goals. Proven account management and team leadership experience is essential, along with deep experience in online marketing and digital media. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide cross media planning training for their direct reports

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
