The Associate Director of Organizational Design and Transformation will provide leadership and coordination for key transformation initiatives, including the GPS Excel Transformation Initiative, development, simplification, and strategy partnership. This role involves collaboration with the PV Strategy team, HR, and GPS organizational leaders to enable execution, identify obstacles, and facilitate barriers removal to achieve functional objectives.
