Job Description

The Associate Director of Organizational Design and Transformation will provide leadership and coordination for key transformation initiatives, including the GPS Excel Transformation Initiative, development, simplification, and strategy partnership. This role involves collaboration with the PV Strategy team, HR, and GPS organizational leaders to enable execution, identify obstacles, and facilitate barriers removal to achieve functional objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of initiatives to build competencies and support transformation plans.
  • Develop and implement change management plans for talent-related transitions to new operating models.
  • Implement functional transformation strategies, including communication plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure cohesive talent change initiatives.
  • Assess and recommend organizational design evolutions based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Lead special projects and represent the function in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to improve business processes.
  • Ensure environmental trends are considered in organizational decisions.
  • Drive shared learning initiatives across the function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience managing transformation projects, organizational change management, and process improvements, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • Ability to manage resources and budgets effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Workday, Power BI (preferred).
