Job summary

William & Mary’s Mason School of Business seeks an Associate Director of Online Student Success & Engagement to lead student affairs, engagement, and operational support for online graduate programs. The role partners with the online vendor and campus offices to ensure retention and satisfaction of online students.

The role drives retention strategies, campus residency insights, and program improvements, working across registrar, financial aid, and student services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in business, education, or related field.
• Several years of experience in a higher education setting.
• Knowledge of best practices, trends, and technology in graduate admissions education.
• Strong computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Student Success: communicate with online partner coordinators and manage the online tutor system.
• Student Engagement: lead online events and coordinate communications to engage online students.
• Strategic Assessment: benchmark trends, track satisfaction, and drive improvement plans.
• Budget & Administration: develop budgets, manage invoices, and support program operations.
