Eisai US is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Information Oncology, to lead Global & US Medical Information activities, provide subject matter expertise in Oncology, and supervise medical information professionals. The role includes medical reviewer duties for advertising and materials, and oversight of metrics and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes AI-driven tooling to improve efficiency and personalization, cross-functional collaboration, and engagement with global teams.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in sciences or related field with 10+ years of pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong oncology knowledge and ability to communicate clinical data to diverse audiences.
• Experience in literature review and management of medical inquiries, including SMRs, FAQs, dossiers, and submissions.
• Practical knowledge of FDA guidance on scientific exchange practices.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring new hires.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Veeva and CRM systems.
• Hybrid work requirement in Nutley, NJ office three days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the Medical Information portion of Global & US Medical Affairs plans for assigned areas.
• Produce high-quality, scientifically accurate documents in response to inquiries; QA and escalate as needed.
• Lead development of Medical Information deliverables: literature reviews, SMRs, dossiers, and submissions.
• Serve as medical reviewer for Eisai advertising, promotional, and medical materials.
• Lead department reporting, KPIs, analytics, and dashboards; identify optimization opportunities.
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance processes and insights.
• Collaborate with global/regional medical affairs colleagues as appropriate.
• Support conference coverage and provide scientific expertise for events.
• Mentor and train junior staff; oversee or supervise seniors/contractors.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
