Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. launches Technology Hill Early Learning Center in Londonderry, NH. We seek an Associate Director to oversee daily operations, staffing, enrollment, and regulatory compliance, building an inclusive, high-quality early childhood program.

This role partners with the Senior Director to implement policies and ensure NAEYC-aligned practices. The Associate Director will supervise classrooms, support curriculum development, manage family engagement, and advocate for children’s

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s/Bachelor’s in related field with 3–5+ years in licensed child development program
• Ability to obtain NH Early Childhood credential within 6 months of hire
• Experience supervising or administering in early childhood settings
• Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED required

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of classrooms and enrollments
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff; ensure teacher-child ratios
• Develop and implement policies aligned with NH regulations and NAEYC standards
• Maintain enrollment records, census data, and reports
• Provide effective communication with parents and external stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing to cover emergencies and vacations
• Coach staff on developmentally appropriate practices and classroom management
• Support inclusion for children with disabilities and special needs
• Collaborate with Senior Director on community partnerships and program planning
