Job summary

Easterseals NH is launching the Technology Hill Early Learning Center in Londonderry, NH. We seek an Associate Director to lead operations, ensure licensing compliance, supervise classrooms, and drive enrollment while partnering with senior leadership.

This role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration with family services, and a commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive early childhood education for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with experience in licensed child development programs.
• Ability to obtain NH Early Childhood Professional Development credential within six months of hire.
• Center Director requirements per NH licensing.
• 1–3 years supervisory/administrative experience in early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned classrooms/age groups, enrollment data, staffing coverage, and parent communications.
• Assist Senior Director with recruitment, hiring, training, and coaching.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with regulations and accreditation.
• Maintain enrollment data, census, and reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee curriculum planning to ensure developmentally appropriate activities across abilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support inclusive classrooms and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and outreach to families and community partners.
