Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Support the execution of the annual strategic approach to student recruitment across all schools and divisions, ensuring the recruitment and enrollment of a diverse student body. Specific responsibilities include:
Systems Management
- Co-manage the student recruitment outreach, communication plan, and calendar to help ensure BPCS reaches its annual enrollment goals with a balanced, diverse student population at each school and across the network
- Manage the enrollment team’s knowledge database to ensure all documentation of processes, including policy documents, training and operating manuals are up to date and easily accessible for network and school teams.
- Manages SRE team’s materials, supplies, and SWAG.
- Collaborate with our Enrollment Operations team to support the execution of the annual bridge student enrollment strategy, including communications, events, SWAG, and more.
- In collaborations with Prospect Schools’ Associate Director of Communications, maintain BPCS’s digital presence with up to date information on all publicly accessible platforms.
Student Recruitment
- Engage prospective parents and serve as a representative of BPCS and the SRE team at all stages of the recruitment and enrollment funnel. Represent BPCS and engage prospective families at select external recruitment events such as street fairs, school choice fairs, and tabling days.
- Co-design and manage lead engagement strategy, including but not limited to outreach, written communication, events, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the Director to design and manage an ongoing cycle of improvement for the systems we use to attract new leads and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment and enrollment process, from awareness to enrollment and school onboarding (known as our “enrollment funnel”), in an effort to improve conversion and optimize the pipeline.
- Manage and drive the enrollment funnel from end-to-end through collaboration and self-executed strategies. Monitor engagement data across the application season to ensure the enrollment funnel throughput meets annual enrollment targets.
- Co-design, manage, and oversee the execution of recruitment events–including Open Houses, tours and community events, and others– across all schools and divisions. Develop and execute communication and registration processes to drive event attendance, support school based teams with materials and processes.
- Design systems to monitor and improve the quality of event logistics and engagement, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely communications. Monitor events for successful outcomes and deliver feedback to school leaders and teams to help drive continued improvement.
School team support
- Train and support school-based outreach teams with materials, systems, and guides for their outreach and communication throughout the recruitment and enrollment cycle, from lead nurturing to conversion to registration. Host school teams in monthly call centers, during which we train to support the execution of annual and impromptu recruitment and engagement strategies.
- Train school-based enrollment teams on recruitment and engagement best practices and monitor their work to ensure their outreach process meets the high expectations of the SRE team. Quality monitors BPCS’s student recruitment processes to meet an excellent level of customer service.
- Ensure strong quality and vision alignment across all schools and divisions of recruitment events, outreach, and outcomes.
Marketing Insights
- In collaboration with our Associate Director of Communications, monitor and manage publicly available information about Prospect Schools to ensure that all representatives of BPCS deliver accurate and optimized messaging about our school programming and our unique value proposition.
- Coordinate the collection of marketing insights by observing and analyzing engagement data and trends across all of our marketing and outreach efforts. Use these insights to deliver insights and recommendations to the Director.
- Design and implement surveys, focus group discussions, and other methods to gather feedback from our internal and external stakeholders to further inform our future outreach strategies.
CRM System
- Maintain Prospects’ CRM database, ensuring strong data hygiene for lists of current and prospective families, supporting strong family engagement and student recruitment across the entire enrollment funnel.
- Manage lead generation pipelines and establish CRM workstreams to support school team outreach.
- Back-end maps CRM workflows, lists, and communications to optimize the recruitment and enrollment funnel for all schools and divisions.
- Draft non-marketing enrollment communications and deliver them against the enrollment calendar with oversight from the Director.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptionally strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM is highly preferred
- Adept at collaborating and building community with others, both within and outside of the organization. You are an outgoing, personable communicator who is energized by opportunities to connect with others and build lasting relationships.
- General knowledge of effective strategies in marketing and engagement, including the use of social media. Familiar with the concepts and terminology of recruitment and sales.
- Strong belief in Prospect Schools’ mission to create an intentionally diverse community of learners and professionals
- Incredibly flexible with a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a fluency in using data to drive decision-making
- 2-3 years working in a relevant field; experience in a school environment preferred
- Skilled in use of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Hubspot plus

Salary
- Employees at Prospect Schools are provided with a competitive salary. Our salaries are set through a lens of equity, and based on an individual’s skills, education, and years of experience relevant to the role. The salary range for this role is from $90,000-$125,000 based on experience.
