Penn State is seeking an Associate Director of Outreach and Partnerships to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships for the Sokolov-Miller Family Financial & Life Skills Center. You will expand the Center's reach through collaboration with campus and external stakeholders, including a consumer banking partner, to deliver high-quality financial literacy programming.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with community organizations, businesses, or educational institutions.
• Experience planning and implementing outreach, engagement, or educational programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience developing marketing materials, communications campaigns, or digital content.
• Experience managing projects, events, budgets, or program resources.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

• Manage budgets and resources associated with outreach and partnership initiatives.
• Prepare reports, track expenditures, and support strategic planning efforts.
