The Role
This Associate Director of Strategic Finance role is a strategic and hands-on position focused on driving financial insights and decision-making across the organization. This is an opportunity to be the first Strategic Finance hire and lead financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. You’ll report directly to the CFO and partner with leadership on long-term planning aligned with growth objectives. It requires conducting in-depth variance analyses to surface risks and opportunities and making actionable recommendations. You’ll thrive if you have an owner’s mindset and are excited about not just reporting the numbers, but driving business outcomes and decision making. Success in this role hinges on strong cross-functional collaboration, continuous process improvement, and effective use of financial systems to enhance reporting and planning efficiency.

$135,000 - $165,000 USD
