Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented sales support professional to help families find the right senior living community. You will manage CRM records, assist with lead follow-up, and help set and track sales goals.

You will also prepare move-in paperwork, coordinate assessments with clinical leadership, and welcome families on Move-In day while supporting on-site sales events and communications. A strong phone presence and Office/CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales support or customer service experience.
• Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and service-focused.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system.
