The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking an Associate Director of Records, reporting to the University Registrar. This role oversees NCAA certification and compliance operations and manages multiple student success initiatives within the Office of the Registrar.
You will create data structures for new and ongoing student records, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with the Office of Institutional Success and Decision Support for external reporting requirements.
Under the supervision of the University Registrar, the Associate Director of Records is responsible for operations related to NCAA certification and compliance as well as the management of multiple student success initiatives for the UT Dallas Office of the Registrar.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience will be considered.
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Internal candidates may be given preference in hiring for this position.
Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal internet, computer, and other standard equipment may be required. All remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
