Job summary

TriSearch in New Jersey seeks a procurement leader to build and scale a world-class direct materials program across chemical raw materials and packaging.

You will own global sourcing strategy, lead supplier negotiations, manage spend analytics, and partner with R&D, Operations and Finance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct procurement experience in Beauty/Personal Care or Consumer Products.
• Deep sourcing expertise in chemical raw materials and packaging.

Build a $350M Global Procurement Organization

Chemicals + Packaging | Global CMO Network | Beauty & Personal Care | Build, Don't Maintain

Our client is looking for a procurement leader who has learned world-class sourcing inside a leading consumer products company—and now wants the opportunity to build instead of maintain.

You'll lead sourcing strategy across approximately $350M in direct materials spend, owning chemical raw materials and packaging procurement while helping shape the next generation of a growing global procurement organization.

You'll Bring

• 10+ years of direct procurement experience in Beauty, Personal Care or Consumer Products
• Deep sourcing expertise across chemical raw materials (required) and packaging
• Experience managing significant direct materials spend and strategic supplier negotiations
• Global sourcing and contract manufacturing (CMO) experience
• Proven leadership with a hands-on, builder mentality

You'll Lead

• Global sourcing strategy
• Supplier negotiations and cost optimization
