The Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking an Associate Director of Pledge Fulfillment to oversee the pledge processing lifecycle at the Mary Mother of the Church Pastoral Center in St. Francis, WI.

This role requires coordinating donor communications, data management, and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Practicing Catholic preferred.
• Experience in donor database management and communications.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Associate Director will be responsible for managing the pledge fulfillment process for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Development Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in donor communications, database management, and process improvement with the goal of ensuring timely and accurate processing of pledges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the pledge fulfillment process from start to finish
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of pledges
• Communicate with donors as needed
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pledge fulfillment with other organizational processes
• Provide regular reports on pledge fulfillment status to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

This position is full-time in-person, 40 hours per week, at the Mary Mother of the Church Pastoral Center in St. Francis. Some weekend and/or evening hours may be required occasionally.
