Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in organizing, ideally distributed or chapter-based models.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating programs with metrics and data-informed strategy.
• Impeccable attention to detail, writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operationalize and strengthen membership strategy with data, systems, and partnerships.
• Design and implement new trainings to develop member leadership.
• Lead Oakland/Bay Area organizing and pilot projects.
• Drive execution of membership structure, elections, and leadership development.
• Supervise staff and coordinate cross-functional teams toward defined organizing outcomes.
