Responsibilities

  • Lead SHCS Organizing team to develop skills and involvement of low-income communities.
  • Plan and support policy campaigns and grassroots leadership development.
  • Oversee staff training, staffing, and program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to advance advocacy efforts.
  • Develop and implement organizing policies and procedures.
